By ordering products or services at Patch ‘N Bags you have confirmed to be aware of and to accept these terms and conditions. In case you receive products that you have not ordered, you are required to inform Patch ‘N Bags.

The following conditions apply to all sales offers. They are binding on both parties with the exclusion of other deviating conditions laid down by the buyer unless those conditions are accepted by the seller in writing.

All agreements concluded under the terms of these conditions shall be governed by Dutch law. If needed all disputes arising from such agreements shall be settled to the competent court in the Netherlands.

Patch ‘N Bags has the right to cancel all orders either whole or partly, at their own discretion and without judicial intervention of the legal authorities, if the buyer is not able to pay the order before the order(s) is executed.

If the goods are not supplied, not supplied on time or not supplied correctly the buyer may not claim damages unless the same are the consequence of a deliberate action or gross negligence on the part of the seller.

Payment of the order shall be effected to an account indicated by the seller.

Circumstances of force majeure which delay or prevent the delivery of the goods shall release the seller from his duty to make delivery on time and shall in no way be a reason to make the seller liable. By force majeure is understood, every circumstance beyond the seller’ s control, such as, but not exclusively: war, riots, strikes, government measures, events of any kind that disrupt seller’s production, disruptions in the normal supply of raw materials and ancillaries to the seller, and hold ups in the transport of the products by the means of transport chosen by the seller.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale. All sales of discounted items are final, and no returns or exchanges will be processed for these purchases.
