Returning products

Please contact us at contact@patchnbags.nl  in case you would like to return part of an order. The products you would like to return need to be in their original state. The product needs to be undamaged and unused. All documents, such as product identification documents or user instructions must be included in the return shipment. The return shipment will be at your cost. We recommend that you receive a proof of posting or send it by recorded delivery.

Any goods returned should be in saleable condition. Patch ‘N Bags reserves the right to deduct an amount from the refund in case products are used or damaged by the buyer.

Damaged, defective or incorrect items

Please contact us if you have a problem with an item that is damaged or defective. We will discuss arrangements for rectifying the problem. We will refund the delivery charges incurred in returning the item to us. We check all items returned to us and if we cannot find a fault, we reserve the right to re-charge you for the item(s) and to recover any costs incurred in recovering it from you.

Claims are only valid if they are made in writing with a clear description of the damage or defect and are submitted to the seller within 14 days of receipt of the goods, and provided the goods are still in the state in which they were delivered. You are responsible for the cost and risk of loss or damage when returning the goods. This cancellation policy does not affect your rights when we are at fault – for example, if goods are faulty or misdescribed.

Slight deviations in quality, color, size, weight, finish, design, etc. permissible in the trade and/or technically unavoidable shall constitute no reason for complaints.  In the event of justifiable claims, the seller has the choice of either crediting the goods or repairing or replacing them within 30 days after receipt of the returned goods.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items purchased on sale. All sales of discounted items are final, and no returns or exchanges will be processed for these purchases. 

We care about our products and therefore package our products carefully before presenting our products for shipment. Patch ‘N Bags however cannot be held responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. 

Cancelling an order

Please contact us at contact@patchnbags.nl. If your order has not been processed yet we can help in the order cancelling process. 

If orders are not delivered within 30 days or your order submission you are allowed to cancel the order. This does not apply if you have agreed a different delivery period, for example in case of backorder products.

Distance Selling Directive

Your rights to return goods are protected under the EU Distance Selling Directive.

If you are unhappy with your purchase, you can return an item to us. Within the European Union, customers have the right to withdraw from the purchase of an item within 14 days beginning the day after the date that the item is delivered. This period is not a test period for the product; it must be in its original condition and returned to us at our address shown on your invoice. We cannot accept returns of subscription magazines; items specifically ordered for you or fabric cut to your specific requirements.

Refund

You are entitled to cancel your order and return the goods within 14 working days for a full refund. Refund of your payment will be completed within 14 days of receipt of the returned product(s). The shipping costs will not be refunded. A full refund of your purchase amount is only applicable if the products are undamaged, contain all relevant documentation and the packaging material is undamaged. 

These terms apply to your order. We may change our terms and conditions at any time, so please do not assume that the same terms will apply in the future.

Please inspect your parcel within 14 days of receipt to ensure that it is complete. We may not be able to correct any potential issues after this period.

None of these terms affect your legal rights and these are not diminished in any way. If any term is held to be invalid under any applicable statute or rule of law, that term is automatically omitted from the terms to minimum extent necessary to comply with the law and without affecting the validity or enforceability of the remainder.
