Standard shipping process

Our standard order processing approach is to complete the order packaging of in stock items within two business days of the order placement by the customer. Shipping will be handled through DHL. An overview of the indicated transit time is listed below:

Shipping costs

Product prices on our website are excluding shipping costs. Shipping costs for shipments with a value above 300 euro’s will not be charged to the customer. For all other shipments the shipping cost will be calculated based on DHL shipping rates.

Patch ‘N Bags is not responsible for any damage incurred during the shipping process. We will package each order carefully with protective packaging material.
